With over 25 years of leadership experience across IT products, services, fintech, and banking, UVR is a seasoned enterprise leader. Most recently, as COO at Cognizant, he led operations driving revenues of over $2 billion across global verticals.

At Metamorphyst, UVR will head our GenAI-driven Consulting and Advisory practice, helping DeepTech and product startups scale faster and smarter. His focus areas include:

• Go-To-Market Acceleration: Building focused GTM playbooks for rapid market entry.
• Platform Growth: Guiding startups to evolve from products to scalable platforms.
• Operational Excellence: Embedding discipline and scalability into growth systems.

Previously, UVR held leadership roles at Infosys Finacle and IDBI Bank, bringing deep expertise in finance, venture capital, and operations. Beyond business, he has championed skill development and employability for underprivileged youth for over two decades.
