A distinguished global CHRO and HR strategist, Dr. Archana brings over two decades of global experience leading people functions across tech and tech-enabled industries, including Infosys McCamish, Infosys BPM Americas, WNS, and most recently Unifi Aviation-USA, where she led HR for 40,000+ frontline employees across 200+ airports.
