Laravel Developer
About the Role
For one of our projects we are seeking a talented Laravel Developer to join our engineering team and contribute to building scalable, secure, and high-quality web applications. The role involves hands-on development using Laravel and PHP, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and supporting the complete lifecycle of impactful digital products used across India’s agritech ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
. Design, develop, and deploy web applications using Laravel and PHP.· Build functional, scalable APIs and services, ensuring seamless systems integration.
· Work collaboratively with front-end and back-end engineers to deliver end-to-end solutions.
· Conduct testing, debugging, and performance optimization.
· Ensure code quality through clean coding practices, documentation, and version control.
· Integrate third-party APIs/SDKs and manage cloud deployments (e.g., Amazon EC2).
· Participate in problem-solving discussions, propose enhancements, and support ongoing improvements.
· Adhere to project timelines and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.
Required Skills & Competencies
· Strong understanding of Laravel framework and PHP application architecture.
· Hands-on experience with HTML5, CSS3/SCSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap.
· Solid knowledge of MVC architecture, REST APIs, and OOP concepts/design patterns.
· Experience with SQL and database design.
· Proficiency in unit testing, debugging, and version control tools (GIT/SVN/CVS).
· Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with evolving requirements.
· Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and communication skills.
