Profile We’re Looking For

• Educational Background: MBA HR or HR fresher with a strong interest in People Analytics, Talent Ops, and HR Tech.
• Research & Analytical Skills: Ability to design surveys, analyze data, and generate insights for HR benchmarking.
• Coordination Skills: Strong organizational ability to support roundtables, communities, and HR pilot projects.
• Communication Skills: Clear written and verbal communication for case writing, stakeholder interactions, and event coordination.
• Adaptability: Quick learner who can work independently and thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll work across community building, benchmarking, and case development.

• HR Benchmarking: Design and run surveys, collate market data, and generate insights for industry-level reports.
• Ecosystem Engagement: Collaborate with HR leaders, startups, and consulting experts to shape impactful HR pilots.
• Framework Development – Support in building structured playbooks, checklists, and readiness frameworks to guide startups in their launch or expansion phases.
• Process Improvement – Support in refining lead generation workflows and market readiness checklists for greater efficiency and impact.
• Community Operations: Onboard CxOs, manage cohort communications, and organize roundtable discussions.
• Case Writing: Assist in building case studies and packaging insights into structured deliverables for clients.
