Internship : Go-to-Market (GTM) Readiness & Lead Generation

As we expand our business advisory and consulting services, we seek interns who are curious, analytical, and passionate about enabling businesses to go to market effectively. The ideal candidate will bring:

  • Strategic Thinking – Ability to understand market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive landscapes.
  • Analytical Skills – Strong data analysis, research, and problem-solving capabilities to support framework development.
  • Creativity & Communication – Aptitude for developing compelling GTM collaterals, messaging, and outreach content.
  • Execution Mindset – Eagerness to roll up sleeves and get hands-on with frameworks, processes, and lead generation activities.
  • Technical Proficiency – Comfort with CRM tools (Zoho CRM preferred), lead management systems, and Excel/PowerPoint for data and presentations. (Good to have)

Qualifications: MBA graduates (or currently pursuing MBA) with a strong interest in consulting, strategy, or business development.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a GTM Readiness & Lead Generation Intern, you’ll actively contribute to ensuring clients and internal initiatives are market-ready. Your responsibilities will include:

  • GTM Framework Development – Support in building structured GTM playbooks, checklists, and readiness frameworks to guide startups in their launch or expansion phases.
  • Market Research & Insights – Conduct research on industries, competitors, customer segments, and channels to provide actionable insights.
  • Lead Generation Execution – Work on identifying, qualifying, and nurturing leads using CRM tools and outreach strategies to drive pipeline growth.
  • Messaging & Collateral – Assist in developing pitch decks, marketing assets, and campaign messaging that align with GTM strategies.
  • Data-Driven Reporting – Track lead metrics, campaign effectiveness, and readiness progress; generate reports that enable decision-making.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with leadership, marketing, and client teams to align on GTM strategies and ensure execution excellence.
  • Process Improvement – Support in refining lead generation workflows and GTM readiness checklists for greater efficiency and impact.
